Sheriff (0 posts) Dec-18-01, 00:56 AM (Pacific) "Diamond Ring - Please spoil me!" I've read somewhere that if you import a savegame from previous Wizardries, with the Diamond Ring, and if you manage to keep it until Wizardry 8, there's a big reward in a specific place. "RE: Diamond Ring - Please spoil me!" if i am not wrong... u can do the quest only if u didn't kill the bank teller(by accepting rattus rattus' quest).. the story is that someone robbed the bank of the huge diamond. I didn't do the quest as i killed her but i couldn't finish the rattus quest either... that jerk is no where to be seen. btw, those who wish to do the quest.. u can find the diamond by killing rogue leader in the north east wilderness... just b4 going to umpani base camp. "RE: Different diamond, I think" back in old wiz (6 and 7) the ring had AC -5 (which was extremely good) and offered HP regeneration now, it still offers AC and, even greater, still HP regeneration.
