"Dual suggestions"
Hi,
My party consists of a Ranger (Mook), Ninja (Hobbit), Psionic (Elf) and Bishop (Faerie). They are around Lvl 13 and I just dipped my left foot into the swamp.

They all have something to work on still (the Ranger on Alchemy, the Ninja on being Ninja, and the Bishop, currently maxed Wiz, finishing divinity, and starting an Alchemy and Psionics). No RPC's, we're not the social types.

Except my Psi Lady, of course. she's on almost 90 Psionics (before bonus), has Int and Piety maxed. Still some 5 levels till she can cast 7th level spells, but I wonder which direction to train her, and if I should dual her at lvl 19.

Most natural seems Bishop, for additional spells - but I'm looking for something more exotic. I was thinking about Monk (so she can continue w/ Psi at lvl 23), but she's not very fast, weak, and fragile, but with a little training she'll hits decent with her staff

Ninja & Bishop are fairly fast, ranged combat is goof, close combat "enough", offensive magic is great - when the bishop isn't too busy buffing. The Mook starts to add his own in offensive magic.

1. "I would keep the Psionic"
That way, at least one of your party will always not be insane or turncoated ... with the immunity to mental conditions. If you want exotic, how about a plain old fighter ... wrapped up in full armor, casting max level psionic spells
