"T'Rang teleporter"
I stumbled upon this thing last time I played through,
but I can't remember how I got there. The trap door from
the upper Bluff is securely fastened, so I must be missing
a stair case or something. Also, there are four possible
destinations for the teleporter. One is the house on the
Arnika-Trynton road and one is the bridge to the Umpani
fort. Can anyone tell me the other two?!

i wrote a full step-by-step on how to get from the mines to it...but i cant find the post right now.

the other ports are the rapax rift and outside martens bluff.

found it!
here ya go: (all below from an old post)

ok here's the deal.
1.) go to trynton ( i know you know how to get there )
2.) go to the swamps (the only other exit NOT going to arnika)
3.) cross the bridge on the left side of the map in the swamp
4.) head straight a bit, then follow the path north...you should hit the mines
5.) follow the one-way mine area up to the top of the mountain
6.) enter the t'rang room via the secret entrance, or normal (watch for the trap!)
7.) there are buttons on the wall in that room, press the top left one
8.) a panel will open along the terminals with arrows on it...write it down
9.) keep continuing along the outside path (again, its one-way)
10.) enter the shack
11.) change the dials on the wall to match the note you took
12.) get on the middle cart and yank the switch
13.) get off the cart after the ride, and walk along the abyss into the cave
14.) "zone into" LOWER MB
15.) i think you take the right path all the way down to reach another stairway..."zone into" UPPER MB
16.) follow the path through upper MB, throwing any switches...find the other set of stairs down.."zone into LOWER MB"
17.) this should be the small stone hallway with two doors on either side, and more stairs on the end.
18.) the door on your left will take you to the teleporters
19.) the teleporter is broken, and will send you to whatever location the terminal is currently displaying.
20.) use the red+yellow wires the dead trang had on the terminal to fix it.
21.) you can use the terminal to change the teleport destination to:
Rapax Rift
Arnika-Trynton Road (the light bulb thing i think you wanted is here)
Umpani Basecamp
Upper MB
