"Beckoning Stone and Rapax Queen"
I have heard that I need it to summon Al-Sedexus and kill her, thereby ridding my character of his enthrallment. Where do I find this stone?

Also, I've been hearing folks talk about freeing the queen, but I have heard no menion of this in my game thread. How to I get involved in that quest?

You should have spoken to Al-Sedexus in the rift before becoming a templar & getting enthralled. In which case, you have already used the beckoning stone to get to her.

The Rapax queen quest is further on. You never really get asked to do it, it just happens.

Uh-Oh....is there any way to do it once you're already a templar?
I never found the beckoning stone anywhere.
Where do you find it to begin with?

When you do your first teleport in the rift, you probably came out to the area that leads to the castle courtyard. That is near a set of large doors witha gargoyle on top - use the stone there.

To get the stone, teleport back, then choose the other path to teleport (there are two teleporters side by side). That will lead you to where you use the "sanctum key" to get to the fight for the beckoning stone. This is also the path to use the "flamequencher wand" to get the "staff of ash".
