"Class Switching for Spells"
My party is now at level 19-20 and is composed mainly of hybrids, now I've got about 4 spell picks left with each of my Samurai, Lord, Monk and Ninja and they have all completed their spellbooks, except for level 7. I've also noticed that when you class switch to a different spellbook you can't use your saved picks. So this is what I was thinking. I could save two (or more) level ups, give them a level in a pure caster(of a different spellbook) and then switch right back. This would allow me to keep them in their current class and learn spells in other spellbooks.
What I was wondering is whether this would hurt my hybrids in any other way. ie. Would they be less effective fighters.

For example, Would a level 24 Samurai be any better than a level 24 character with 22 samurai and 2 psionics?
It just seems to me like any extra levels beyond 22 would be wasted.

Esteban
