"Rapax Scouts?"

Seyal (Guest) (0 posts) Dec-19-01, 11:56 AM (Pacific) "Rapax Scouts?" I posted this here in case this is story related, but when I went to Trynton for the first time, I got Rapax Scouts instead of the usual plants and such. Is there a story reason for that (something I might have done that I didn't do the first time around and didn't realize it)? Or is it just a random monster encounter.
