Zombra (0 posts) Dec-12-01, 12:29 PM (Pacific) "Gadget Spoilers, Please" I am now carrying around a ridiculous amount of seemingly useless items. I read somewhere that a Gadgeteer can combine certain items to make gadgets. As in Jagged Alliance 2, I need to be spoiled on these if I am ever going to see them ... there's no way I'm going to sit around for hours on end trying to attach an X-Chip to a Porthole, a big Magnet to Spider Silk, and god knows what all. Combining items is plain boring. I wish that a sufficiently advanced Gadgeteer should just take it upon himself to fool around with combining stuff on his own, just like Alchemists make potions once in a while without your having to tell them to. I am on my 6th time through the game (and still finding items I have not seen before) and I have yet to see: Demon Doll Loudspeaker Electric Eye And not sure if I have found the High Voltage Transformer Any exact location for these? BTW, (a useless bit of trivia) you can buy some of Crocs items then kill him and get more of them ... but they are useless w/o the second matching item (like laser pointer) to make a second hologram projector. I tried for a while trying to do things like attach a porthole to a magnet. An x-ray chip to some electrodes.. pffft!
