Full Circle (Guest) (1 posts) May-15-03, 12:14 PM (Pacific) "Gadget Item" Where is the Pot With Hinge? I found the Hinged Box (and merged with doll) in Arnika, and also the porthole. I have carried the porthole almost the whole game, and still haven't found Pot With Hinge to merge with the porthole. I hope it's not another dead end item. graywolf (0 posts) May-15-03, 01:07 PM (Pacific) 1. "RE: Gadget Item" Pot with hinge, IIRC, is in Marten's Bluff, accessable from the stairs near Sadok. It is a hidden item. "RE: Gadget Item" There isn't stairs close to Sadok, but went to stairs that are the closest to him, and used detect secrets spell -- I didn't find pot with hinge. Where exactly is it? Llevram (5413 posts) May-16-03, 10:16 AM (Pacific) 3. "Location " It is in martens bluff, at the spot where there is a trap door you fall through, into the crocodile pool. "RE: Location " Thanks for lead to item, found it in the room with the floor that falls away, I can see why it was hard to find, it's not only hidden, but to far right of entrance; plus you must be careful not to walk on the floor in that room. I think the PTorch is in the Umpani caves somewhere in a pit ... which level of the caves and which pit ... ? Actually, I think there are only one or two pits, so if you find a pit, you pretty much have found it. I think the Frigid fiddle is in the same general vicinity. Good luck. P'torch is in the southernmost of the three pits in the unexplored caves, it is the only one (I think) that does not drop you down to a lower level of the caves.
