"Muramasa and Cane of Corpus: Impossible?"
I have found the cane of corpus everytime EXCEPT when having a fairy ninja in the party and have found the muramasa blade a lot of times EXCEPT when having a samurai in the party.
Because it's known where is the cane of corpus (Don "MarlonBrandoni"), i change my fairy ninja to a thief ninja and ONLY then i go to kill the bastard. Then, i always get the cane.

With the samurai, because it's aleatory, i never had it with an original samurai. Only when i find it and then change the class of a team member to samurai.

Any comments?

Many have put forth that (at least) some "random" treasures have modifiers based on party composition. I think your CoC problems are just yours ... others (I am pretty sure) have got the cane with a pure FN in the party.

Yep. 2 different parties, both with a Faerie Ninja created and developed specifically for the Cane of Corpus.

Both parties got the Cane from the Don.

It's definately a randrom drop though. The first party got it after only one fight. The 2nd party had to re-load 2 times before getting it.

If you truly want it, save before taking the Don on, then re-load until you get it from him. Re-loading also gives you the chance to try different tactics to bring the Don down faster.

I've gotten the CoC with a solo FN. It was tough getting to that point, but it was so worth it.
