Grab (Guest) (25 posts) Feb-06-03, 09:20 AM (Pacific) "Savant" Doesn't anyone else besides me find the Dark Savant hard to kill. He casts really damaging spells even with Magic Screen and Element I take a lot of damage. His melee attacks are also powerful and I have a hard time damaging him. nomad (43 posts) Feb-06-03, 10:23 AM (Pacific) 1. "Depends on you party" It makes a lot of difference on what class/race combo you have, plus how you developed them, plus how you have them equipped. "Depends on the party" Composition and level ... in my first attempts (racing as fast as I could to the end) the battle could take up to 45 minuntes ... and I could still lose. In those days, about the only thing I could even scratch him with was missile weapons.
