Zero (Guest) (0 posts) Oct-25-02, 00:23 AM (Pacific) "Two Questions" 1. I've read on this board of a sword called the Avenger but I've never found it. Does anyone know where it is? 2. On my last time playing I remember repairing and using a teleporter in the T'Rang base in lower marten's bluff, but the t'rang in the corridor where I seem to remember it to be will not let me pass. I think the Nessie/Davy Jones is one place, the retro dungeons is probably another. To get to the T'rang Teleporter (w/o having to kill any T'rang or sneak past them), you want to enter that part of Lower Martens bluff from the other side (through Martens Bluff, the stairs leading down after passing the idol/pillar that spits arrows in all 4 directions). rbrown (2 posts) Oct-25-02, 11:04 AM (Pacific) 2. "One Answer" I got Avenger one time - and I was immediately disappointed. It was always a one-handed weapon until Wiz 8 came along. Suddenly it is two. Phooey. I found it near Martens Tomb. Explore all the slippery paths while wearing the spiked boots. One trail has a chest behind the hole-in-the-floor. It is a random item, but I think you nearly always get Ebony Plate (L) there. Someone reported that every time you open/close the lid a ghost appears but I haven't tried that.   Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top
