Faerie Ninja probably have the best chance because of all the stuff you mentioned plus STEALTH, SPEED & DEXTERITY. I'm gonna see how far I can get with a Mook Ranger. Reasons ranged crits, better carrying cap, more and better armor and weapons. The reason for femal as opposed to male is there are several items misc. aquired earlt in the games that are STAMINA enfancer and female only.
