"Rapax castle... how ???"

JF (Guest) (9 posts) Mar-27-02, 04:54 AM (Pacific) "Rapax castle... how ???" I just came in the Rapax Castle. Until now, i never had much trouble with battles...But man...This is impossible for me! When I came in, 14 Rapax (Warlocks, Berserkers, Veterans) were waiting for me! It took me an hour and a half (after countless reloads) to beat them. And the minute I beat them, the first corner I turned there were 6 other ones waiting for me. How did you guys do it ?! I'm kind of fed up, i even put the combat to novice mode and still having trouble. My party's at about level 18. (Fighter,Samurai,NAS-81,Ranger, Gadgeteer,Mage and Priest). Round 1: As many of your party that has them eye for an eye potion or spell priest cast soul shoeld mage cast element shield. As you state that you did beat them you might think about becoming a templar unless you like killing Rapax. See Ferro bring lots of money as he has the best arms abd armor on the planet, expensive yes but you are worth it.   Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top

"RE: Try this next time" I'd not bother with Ferro until you've become a templar, else there's the risk that Fero gets killed in a freak battle accident. To become a templar, enter the castle, go north, kill an army of Rapax, go up the west ramp beside the throne, talk to the southern neutral Rapax (forgot the name).
