You can only restart a saved game from outside the area and re-enter. Note that if Nessie can't see you for 3 rounds in a row, she retreats and you drop out of combat mode. This is probably the best way to do this, but I wouldn't hold out much hope. People on here have tried re-doing the area up to 50 times and still haven't gotten it. Dyak (Guest) (127 posts) Feb-18-02, 07:03 AM (Pacific) 2. "RE: Where's Excalibur" Yesterday, I elaborated my Nessie-dodging technique and achieved 100% success of avoiding her.
