"Closing out the first day"
First, again, let me thank everyone for their kind words and support - you are a great bunch of people ( Aren't those emotion icons cool

So far, I only see one bug - in the user profiles section. Any user name that has a space in it (like Lady Adrexia), won't display the user profile. I have emailed the author of this board system and should have a fix soon.

Being as new as you all are to this format, I didn't know what all to post in the "Tips" section. I think I will add one more about using the "Read New Messages" feature - I've found it to be really handy (in conjunction with the "Mark" feature).

1. "I love..."
the Read New Messages and Mark features. It is great just being able to click the New Messages and have a list of everything new. Being just a little dense, it took me a few times to figure out the Mark feature--I've got it now. })

Excellent work Rick!

2. "Thanks, but I can hardly take the credit"
David Choi wrote wrote this board system is the genius behind how it all works. He's made it so easy (luckily for use ) that a monkey with stick (and a computer with Internet access) could setup a forum like this.

3. "You're no monkey with a stick"
At least I don't think you are. Are you?

Ok, David Choi gets the credit for the board system. I like it very much.

You get the credit for using the system, your time and money to set up this forum for all of us Wizardry fans (and maybe other crpgs like Swords and Scorcery eventually).

Modest as you are Rick, take a little credit will 'ya?

Looks good -- but having registration problems just like on the "official" board.

I'm glad to help out, but without knowing exactly what the problem is, I won't be able to fix it. I can create you a user account and send you the info, but I'd rather know what isn't working and fix it, so it works for everyone.

Is it allowing you to register, but not sending you the info? Or you not even getting that far? If so, what type of error or notification are you getting?

Thanks for the help and bearing with me (and the system).

No response at all, actually -- when I click on "submit profile" (or whatever the button is called), it just reloads the login page, without giving me any more info.

BTW, one more comment -- and this is purely opinion -- but its a little too, well, organized for my taste... Its just quicker and easier in my opinion if all messages are on the same forum, rather than having to go to a separate page for W7 and W8.... just opinion, this far outshines the VN.
