"Installation Issues and Other Stuff"
Ok so I found Wiz 8 and thought I'd play it again so dug out the CDs and started installing and it was going fine until it said that it was copying the Sound.(some three letters I don't remember) and after a while it just stopped and said it had an error.

So I check the official website and like you all know it's dead but I read that you can just copy and paste the stuff on the CDs to your computer. So I do this but the Sound file still won't go. It says something about a circular systincy redundency (Or something kinda like that, lol, I'm on a differt computer so I can't check now) Oh, well I =thought and I keep trying to put it on my Computer. And eventually it gets on there and I run it up and it's working fine, or so it seems. I try to attack the crabs and it kicks me out to the desktop and tells me that the sound file (again this from memory so it's probably not exact = ) Dagger_Swish.wav or something could not be found.

So my question is: Is there a way to copy the sound onto my computer? I looked and the Monster sounds went on fine. Thanks in Advance!

CRC is Cyclic Redundancy Check. It is a method to make sure that the correct data is copied off the CD and onto the computer. Check the shiny side of the CD and make sure there are no scratches. Gently and carefully wipe off any fingerprints or other biological deposits.
