If my memory serves me well the ninjutsu can be maxed by use - without adding a lot of points on lvlups so i dont need it at the start. Or im missing something ?The reason to take basic classes at start is to make the begining easier, fighter starts with good items and level up quickly; also i dont want to spend hours rolling the starting characters, so it will be much easier to start with basic classes
I'm also considering switching 2 times during the game (but not more than 2 - after changing class too many times all chars become almost identical - it takes away half of the fun) someting like:
1. thief-->ranger-->ninja (felpurr as i dont like fairies - but after reading about the CoC the fairy IS tempting, it also easier to class-change ranger-->ninja with a fairy i think: 5 points vs 7 needed for felpurr)
- fighter, and alchemy caster.
2. priest-->bishop-->bard (female hobbit, should be able to max both theology and thaumaturgy if i switch him around level 10-12)
- priest/mage spells caster.
3. fighter-->bard-->samurai (felpurr, bard-->samurai will require few reloads during level ups even with a felpurr :< )[BR> - figher and secondary thamauturgy spells caster.
4. ???-->???-->valkyrie
5. ???-->???-->lord
6. ???-->???-->monk
