The lower your level leaving the lower the level of the monsters you will meet( mostly, there is some randomness). At level 8, Arnika road can be tough, but I just made it with a level 7 Randomly Generated Ironman team. They were sworn to secrecy in exchange for getting the raw buggy game after the in-house programmers THOUGHT it was flawless. They played it, reported bugs directly to the programmers and got fixes within hours/days. Never can find a party I am really happy with by level 12 - 15. Always think I could have done better.
