It makes conversing with the other Ratts worthwhile, since they tell you his fate, which would be a clue to some (those that didn't read his note, or take him up on his offer). THE QUEST IS STILL IN MY JOURNAL AND I CAN'T GET IT OUT!!!!!!!!!! I knew it was supposed to be a robbery from the start. N/P! I robbed the bank and expected to finish the quest.
