Jonno (Guest) (96 posts) Aug-29-02, 00:14 AM (Pacific) "Al Sedexus - Right of Initiation" I am having a bit of a problwm wit Al Sedexus I am playing a solo FN (female). She will not accept RFS81 and I have killed all the other NPC's. I did kill her and her Templars right after I first met her (just after I had killed El Doradao), so the very fact she is appearing is a bug. The problem is that I need to get to the Ascension peak portal and from memory that only happens after the night of passion... So even if the night of passion is not on, any other way to open the door to the portal (most necessary as the Rapax have blocked the entrance. "RFS-81 is acceptable" I think there are two basic requirements: he has to be dressed in "drag" (i.e. he must be wearing all 3 canezou items) and he has to be a high enough level. I am not sure what level that is, but I suspect around 11 or 12 ... just a stab in the dark at that though. I have used him before, so unless this is somethign that was taken out in the latest patch (which I did not read or hear of), he should work for you. If not, drop him and use your solo character as the sacrifice. She will take a female character if that is all your party has. There is no other way to open the portal, than to go through the rites. I wasn't allowed to give her Myles - and he was comfortably over 12th level by then. Perhaps a character is only acceptable if their level is, say, above the party average? To stop you picking up an unwanted low-level RPC, throwing them to Al-Sedexus, then leaving them there, presumably.   Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top

Llevram (5413 posts) Aug-31-02, 08:00 AM (Pacific) 5. "RPCs and females will work" They just have to meet her high standards. The only way she will take a female is if your party is female only.
