"Where is Electric Lamp/T'Rang House and other items?"

MugWump (Guest) (8 posts) Mar-30-02, 10:54 AM (Pacific) "Where is Electric Lamp/T'Rang House and other items?" One of the Wiz8 web sites says that the Electric Lamp is in the T'Rang House. Where is T'Rang house? Also, I have been unable to find the Loudspeaker, the Electric Eye, and the High Voltage Transformer even though I have visited the places where they are supposed to exist. Has anyone found them? I searched old threads and lots of other people have been unable to find them as well. There is a section of Lower Marten's Bluff that I have not explored since the guards block my entry. I didn't want to kill the guards, since I am playing both sides of the alliances and don't want to create any enemies if I can help it. T'rang house: It's one of the 2 houses outside Arnika that have big steel doors that you can't get into. The house is accessible only from the T'rang teleporter (which is in Lower Martin's Bluff) The stuff you couldn't find: didn't make it into the game. Probly from a beta or demo version. Is it in the Southern area which is guarded and I am warned about entry? "RE: Where is Electric Lamp/T'Rang House and other items?" you have to get entry via the mines. there's a path through there that takes you behind the restricted area. you can find the teleporter from there. i'd avoid killing any umpani or t'rang whatsoever...at least until they've outlasted their usefulness. then "kill as many as you can. i have a morbid love of excess!"   Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top

The way through mines is not the way to the teleporter, but you need to take this way to get to the eastern Upper Marten’s Bluff, through which you get to the teleporter, but it won’t work properly until you repair it. As for an other restricted area, guarded by 2 t’rangs, I saw posts on this board about getting there without fight but couldn’t do it myself. So I Began the battle just to find out what it is there. There was a stun-gun, really good but it can used only by 3 classes: monk, psionic and bishop, what makes it mostly useless.   Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top

"RE: Where is Electric Lamp/T'Rang House and other items?" goes to, leads to...whatever :p you CAN sneak past guards by throwing in combat mode and running like heck past them. you can also get in fights near them, and have them run away....THEN run like heck after battle before they resume their positions. (this is if you dont wanna do the mines. it doesnt solve the restricted door to my knowledge...i havent tried it yet) if you cant repair the teleporter, you can still get to the house. you just have to work on your timing, and have some luck.   Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top
