After arbitrary numbers of dead Maddening Gazers (i found the rapax path had the hardest opponents, the trynnie path contained the lamest men ever to attempt to fight me :<) i finally got to beat down on the dark savant[P>so i decided to fool him into thinking i was going to join him then figured id get a chance to reneg and slay him
sadly bela and vi didnt take it nicely and so on, but i stuck to my guns and started massacring the dark savant (from behind for infinite damage 
) leaving vi to continue kicking me so i ended up killing the savant, at which point all his henchmen but also vitalia die
and then the game says that i hand the dark savant the pen :/
which is possible i guess
BUT THEN HE WRITES WITH IT!
i guess i just inserted the pen into his dropped power glove and the rotating motion of the glove did all the work for him
I'm just wondering if anyone decided to rip out the page and then slay phoonzang?
if so, does anything happen?
i assume it just follows the same path as if you didnt slay phoonzang
btw can i portal out of the cosmic place, i want to go do these "retro drungeons"
