Heh, not in my game. I could understand a Fighter or something, but I got to thinking, what should an Android be? Seemed obvious to me the answer was Gadgeteer! Anyhows, finding a character editor online, I have made the following modification to RFS-81. 
RFS-81: 10th level Gadgeteer Android (Move over Madras)
0th level Monk
Changed his Martial Arts score over to Modern Weapons (64)
Set all the other weapons to 0.
His CloseCombat, Critical Strike, Stealth were equal to a little over 132. Moved those to Engineering 64 and Ranged Combat of 16, and Locks and Traps to 32 (losing 16 points in the conversion, and still far behind the rest of the party).
IronSkin set to 64 (can still be improved), Vitality set to 100, and removed the ability for Androids to wear any armour (after making sure it wouldn't ruin any other andriods in the game). Reduced Speed and Dexterity enough points to pay for the 100 Vitality.
Handed him the Omnigun MK 5 with 100 Musket Balls as starting equipment. Thinking of using the Cosmic Forge to create a Misc he can equip, something that will give a bonus to Vit and IronSkin to throw in one of the higher level loots..... His AC is going to get him killed I'm afraid. But I just can't imagine him wearing a Robes of Enchant, know what I mean?
Admittedly alot weaker than the other chars in the party (Even Vi), but alot cooler I think than a chipmunk gadgeteer.
Anyhows, just felt like sharing my conversion with the world. ;)
