If you follow the road all the way west to east, from Trynton to the SE Wilderness, you will pass just south of his hut. If you see blue flowers on the ground, you are close. 2. "Just like any merge" You have two ways to merge items. 1) Click the merge icon (rounded arrows facing each other, lower left of the screen in character review on inventory screen). Then click an item (it will become your mouse cursor with a + icon), then click the item to merge it with. or 2) Click on an item, click the merge icon, then click the second item.
