Paul (Guest) (0 posts) Feb-20-03, 04:21 PM (Pacific) "found a teleporter to Marten's Bluff from Mt Gigas" Just for fun I attacked the Umpani at the Umpani Base Camp. Upon killing Kunar guess what I found? I found something called "Kunar's Key" and it opened a door to what would have been his right. And inside was a room with a rug in the middle. If you click on the rug it'll expose a picture of a spider like thing and if you step on the spider like thing you'll get teleported to Marten's Bluff. If you cast mindread on one of the people in the Roadhouse (I forget whether it is Saxx or the bartender and you may have to do it a few times to get the right thought) he'll be thinking that Kunar might be working for the T'Rang. And you can actually mention that to the IUF recruiter. Has anyone else found Kunar's Key and accessed the teleporter to Marten's Bluff? If you mention "T'Rang" after you ask about Kunar, the IUF recruiter just says that Kunar is a fine officer and that you shouldn't try to stir up trouble. I wonder if something different happens if you talk to the IUF recruiter after having found the secret teleporter to Marten's Bluff that Kunar was hiding.   Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top

When you kill Kunar you also find a *fake* IUF Top Level Security Pass. Anyway, if you pickpocket this fake pass from Kunar and give it to Balbrak, Balbrak will decommission Kunar and you'll get 75,000 experience points each. "RE: found a teleporter to Marten's Bluff from Mt Gigas" I killed Kunar first with no other Umpani in the room,got the goods,then immediately went to Balbrak with the "fake" IUF Top Level Security Pass.That got me the 75,000 XP and I never lost faction with Umpani for it....and I have the key =)   Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top
