Dirk (Guest) (0 posts) Jan-26-03, 12:25 PM (Pacific) "Nessie" Need some help guys. I have two fighters, a mage, an alchemist, a rogue, and a preist, all around level 15. Can't seem to touch nessie at all. How do I defeat this monster? Any suggestions? Also where do i find the staff of ash for the rapax prisoner? All the magic buffs you can put up. She can be Armour Melted to make it easier to do damage to her. Superman on your Fighters will help. Try this, have Chamrleon up, manually start combat, throw/cast elementals and superman. Move out behind the elementals in the next round. Try to get her armour melted and hit her with the best ranged attacks you have. If you can get her KOed, Paralized, or Armour Melted, run up and kill her. The Staff of Ash is in the burning cage, get to it using one of the two portals at the end of the hall in the Rift.   Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top

Nessie can be KO'ed if your fighters can get close enough, or if you have the proper missile weapons (medusa stones, for example). If you have some whith a decent bow skill, try mystic arrows. Get as close as possible before engageing in combat and get your defensive spells up- element & soul shield, razor cloak, guardian angel, eye for an eye, bless and armor. Redrufnsore (Guest) (0 posts) Feb-02-03, 03:05 PM (Pacific) 3. "RE: Nessie" I used a mook gadgeteer. You find gold nuggets when killing diablo. You put the nuggets in the mooks omnigun.
