"RE: Lashing weapons and critical strike" there is no reason it shouldn't. in Wiz 8, unlike 7, the attack mode means little. just a message. like "Thor thrusts broadsword" is the only real reason.   Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top

"RE: Lashing weapons and critical strike" I'm not positive (I could easily check though to make sure) but I think weapons that lash only get a limited Strength bonus. Usually melee weapons get a 2% per Strength point above 50 bonus. But with lashing melee weapons, the bonus is only 1%. Paul (Guest) (0 posts) Feb-15-03, 11:19 PM (Pacific) 3. "RE: Lashing weapons and critical strike" OK I just checked it and I was right lashing only gives a 1% per point above 50 Strength bonus. Also when your opponent is paralyzed lashing doesn't do double damage.
