Sorry for this posting but i can't find noting on this subject
(tried the serch option)

* Where are those ghost you all tolk about.

* I read someware that i can get some nice sword in nessie chest
if that is possible do i have to live the area and reenter or
it can work if you save the game befor cheast and relod.

* Same question on the cheast in bayjin (about the reloading)

1. "Answers cont."
The ghosts are on the path between Nessie and Bayjin (where all the huts are), near the sunken ship (the one in the loading scene art).

To reset the Nessie treasure, you have to leave and reneter the scene.

As to your third question ... which chest? I think there are a few. If it is the one where you may get the light sword, you probably have to leave the scene to reset it.

I think the contents of these chests are set the first time
you enter the area. I have portaled out and in and gotten
the same treasure.

3. "Maybe portals don't reset it"
I know a lot of people have done it the other way and say that is how they "reset" the treasures. Maybe there is more to it that just walking out of the scene and back in, like additional time, but that works for them.

It is set the FIRST time you enter the area. You have to save BEFORE the first time, check for sword, then reload if not.
