Still not sure about subscriptions, but let's drain one swamp at a time. Long story short, I decided to change web hosts, didn't think it through (it had been 10 or 15 years since the last change) and kind of jumped the gun.

After several rounds of tech support, telling me conflicting things, I escalated my issue and it looks like we are back ... and the forums are working, if this post shows up ...

And subscriptions work on this site (they quit working at some point on the old site).

Back in the day, I used to send them out (manual process, of clicking a link) every day. Any more, once a week might be a stretch. I think we are getting like 10 visitors a month.
