"Mark and Mark All options"
I have been finding that many messages that I've viewed and clicked mark on often pop back up as new messages the next time I log in. This is very strange.

Just figured I'd throw this out there and see if anyone else was experiencing similar problems...

1. "New message vs new thread"
Whenever there is a new thread added to a message, the message pops in the "Read New" results. Usually (well, always as far as I've seen) when you actually view the whole thread, only the new replies are marked as "new".

If you are usig two accounts or not logging in you will probably see different stuff.

2. "RE: New message vs new thread"
I've been experimenting a bit more. I am logged in, go to the read new messages page. (I have it bookmarked, so that I go there first and can see what's been posted) Read the messages, hit "Mark All"... reload the page, no messages appear, come back half an hour later. Go to the read new messages page. And all the messages that were there before are still there, with no new posts on them.

It's not really a big deal... just figured I'd see whether others were having problems with it...

3. "Probably a browser/cache issue"
Next time you find it showing bogus new messages, try forcing a refresh (Shift+Reload (or I think Ctrl+Refresh) depending on your flavor of browser.

4. "RE: Probably a browser/cache issue"
I'll check that out and see whether it fixes the problem. Maybe my browser just thinks it's the same page and just displays it from cache.
