Radek (23 posts) Mar-23-01, 06:01 AM (Pacific) "Install -> restart -> CRASH!" I installed the game and a window told me that my computer would be restarted. Ah, well - W&W is a system driver. Does not matter... I pressed the OK button and the computer was restarted. The Windows crashed during startup. I was told that I had to reinstall the Windows. Luckily, hard reset allowed me to get Windows back and the game seemed to work. I uninstalled the game and installed it again and I obtained the crash again. During the crash, the text screen showed chaotic letters on the screen and the crash message in both cases. Here is my configuration: PIII 550, Genuine Intel motherboard: QDI BrinianX video: ASUS V3800 Ultra (Riva TNT2 Ultra), 32 MB memory: 128 MB HD: Caviar 13.6 GB, ATA 66 UDMA, bios: SMART on sound: Sound Blaster 16 (because of OS/2 installed on the computer) PS/2 Mouse, Zip 100, FD 1.44, CD Toshiba 40x OS/2 Merlin Boot Manager OS/2 Merlin W98 The game is installed in its own 2G partition. No special software installed - Windows are used only for games.
