3. "Not yet, but I will ..."
For me, no big deal ($12.95) ... for a lot of folks, it was a huge deal and they lost a lot of business ... so the refund of one month service hardly covers it.

My real job is in eCommerce and we know, once a customer A) has a bad experience ordering through you (via internet) or B) can't order through you via internet ... they tend to go back to the old way of ordering or find another, more reliable online option ... and it is often hard to get them back.
