Doh, pay attention where you teleport people!!! I could've sworn there was no rock in Wiz 2 on the ground floor. I made the mistake of assuming the coordinates would wrap around. i.e. if i was at 19 north, and teleported north, it doesn't go back to 0. Damn, I usually don't do things this half-assed, but oh well. At least I sorta have my characters backed up. Lost a couple of items, and gotta run through most of the maze again, but since I got it mapped, it's not that big of a deal. Just really annoying

Ahhh...have done that myself in Wizardry 2 as well.

Ever notice that in the NES versions of Wiz 1 and 2, teleporting into rock kills the party, but the bodies end up in the temple ready for resurrection rather than lost forever? I learned the hard way that the same isn't true of the SNES Wiz. 5, twice!
