"Question about active link color"
Maybe it's just my computer... I'll check it out on another machine to find out, but it seems that one of the link colors (maybe active link) is white... which is fine when on a grey background, but when over a white background, you can't see the link any more. Not a big deal, just a little weird.

it's the same with me - although, to be more specific, white is the color of a highlighted link. just click somewhere else on the webpage, i just click on the blank background, and the link becomes unhighlighted (and now visible).

hope that helps

Yeah... clicking elsewhere changes it back.

yes, when you click a link and hold the mouse button down, the link changes color to white, but the background is white, so the link essentially dissappears
any other color, please, even grey.
Llevram, take 1 minute to change that code, to something more aestetically pleasing

(or web guru)

So if some one want suggest a web-safe color, close to the gray/beige that we have now (#E7E7DE), but different enough to contrast (and I guess not too white), I can change it.

Though I don't really understand or see what the issue is ... when you click and hold on a link, if it turns invisible just move your mouse off it - then it turns selected (highlighted in blue).

I don't overly care... just noting it as I was going along. I find that I notice it more when I hit the back button in my browser and the link remains highlighted and hence white... but it doesn't really effect me that much.

btw, I find that everything else about the site is very readable.

Don't know whether it's possible with the board software that you have and/or if you've tried it already, but adding the last posters name to the column with the last post date might be useful.
