"Question about active link color"

kiwi (14 posts) Nov-15-01, 08:48 AM (Pacific) "Question about active link color" Maybe it's just my computer... I'll check it out on another machine to find out, but it seems that one of the link colors (maybe active link) is white... which is fine when on a grey background, but when over a white background, you can't see the link any more. "RE: Question about active link color" yes, when you click a link and hold the mouse button down, the link changes color to white, but the background is white, so the link essentially dissappears any other color, please, even grey. "I am no art major" (or web guru) So if some one want suggest a web-safe color, close to the gray/beige that we have now (#E7E7DE), but different enough to contrast (and I guess not too white), I can change it. Though I don't really understand or see what the issue is ... when you click and hold on a link, if it turns invisible just move your mouse off it - then it turns selected (highlighted in blue).
