"Buying W&W online: suggestions please?"
Hi everyone, I'm considering acquiring W&W online...could you recommend any online stores with discount prices? (Though I'll probably order it direct from Activision when my excuse for patience runs out...)

Thanks,

Garyoutensei

1. "Well, there is my link :)"
You can get there from my main site, following the chips & bits link/menu or click here:
W&W from Chips & Bits - $42.95

I don't know what the price is for other online sites, I have really lost interest in this game. Maybe if and when the unofficial patch comes out, I might reinstall it.

I'll check out the link. The price sounds reasonable too...thanks again!

Yes, the same thing happened to me -- at first it was frustrating to get used to the interface, but fairly addicting gameplay... then, when I became more used to the interface, I realized that the reason it was bothering me so much in the first place was that even the game underneath just didn't really function properly, and seemed to have a lot less fun with story, character, etc. than W7. All in all, I'd say that Llevram's first analysis was right on -- too much of a rehash of W7 (with a worse interface!) without really adding anything new.
