Lady Adrexia (153 posts) Mar-16-00, 07:28 AM (Pacific) "The wonderful VN or IGN or whatever?" Well all, after reading Rick's post about his message in VN/IGN being deleted. I decided to go to VN and tell WHOEVER was the moderator to delete my membership, because I thought that they were behaving like spoiled children. Guess what I should find?? Well, they have changed the layout (AGAIN) and my account was deleted in the meantime. Can you imagine the glee and utter state of happiness that I was in!! Although, I did want to cuss them out for being a very inept company. RATS!!!! Well, I like Llevram's board much better than what I saw last night. Anyone that is here (and was there) knows that the VN Wiz 8 board was dead/dying - for any number of reasons. So, the need became great enough and an alternative arose. Since then (IMHO) the traffic has been great - both in flow and in content - some really interesting topics and enlightening discussion. For those of us that are here, things seem (near) perfect - whether it be talk of Wizardry, game review, commiserating, just getting up on the soap box for a few minutes, ... I am really glad I did this. As for the VN, I used to have a pretty good relationship with them (or at least with Eric/Ilbard - the managing editor). But I don't think so anymore ... and sharing many of the same feelings that are being voiced here ... I don't think I will miss it.
