LAST EDITED ON May-16-11 AT 07:20 PM (Pacific)First, get rid of the 4d version (or rename its installation folder) and install a fresh copy of Wizardry 8.
On the mods download web page, right-click the link and choose the "Save as..." option and browse/choose a folder of your choice on your C: drive where is will saved.
Once saved... the file is an executable file (which end by .exe, which you may or may not see depending on your folder view preferences).
Start Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer) and browse to the location where you saved the file above, double-click the file to run it. It will ask you where to extract its content, it will point to the current folder where it is already so leave it a that.
After it has extracted you'll notice (you should still be using Windows Explorer to do this) a new folder called "Sirtech" in the same folder where the patch executable is (unless you changed the destination folder in the step above).
Finally, just copy the contents of the sub-folders over in the same folder names where Wizardry is installed on your computer, that is the "Data" and "Levels" folders.
You'll know you have installed it right if you start a new game... on the beach you'll find a note from Flamestryke saying that you're running version 1.0 of her new mod... that's an error, you really are running version 1.1.
