alisonb (0 posts) Nov-01-07, 10:18 AM (Pacific) "Blatant help wanted" Alright- a couple of issues. One, Trang went hostile on me after alliance set w/Yamir. Any way to shoot down Dark Savant? Also, how do you disable the Trang ship? fianlly, I am playing Lana's fianl mod--first tiem I have had RFS w/Pain stick, but have nenver seen any class specific armor except for the Caped Crusader(LOL). rbrown (2 posts) Nov-05-07, 12:36 PM (Pacific) 1. "RE: Blatant help wanted" 1) The Trang went hostile. Do you mmean all the Trang or just Zant? If you have a savegame from before the hostilities, approach Zant, Take the Chaos Moleri and click on him to start the dialog. If they suddenly all turned against you outside of Zants presence, did you acidentally target a Trang ? 2) Shoot down Dark Savant - Zant has a box with the coordinates. Click it on the missile's control panel. 3) Disable the Trang ship - a two part mission. You have to boost the power in the power control station (Northern end of Lower Martens Bluff) then use the computer in the room next to Zant. 4) The class-specific armor is all over Dominus. The Golden Dragon suits are really nice, and available wherever monks are found.   Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top

I gave the Mook the Umpani letter first; and, b. I didn't kill the clerk until after the Trang went hostile. One or both of these must have done the trick. 2. Unfortunstely, he doens't drop the TRang Tracker when you kill him; any other options? 3. Thanks-first time I have ever done that. 4. I must not have the right mod loaded, because I have killed --lots-- of people/things, and nothing but Lord's Garb. rbrown (2 posts) Nov-13-07, 12:48 PM (Pacific) 3. "RE: Blatant help wanted" "Kill the clerk" - did you kill HeLi or bribe her ? Her big mouth is the usual source of Zant's hostility. You bribe her around 1800 gp VERY SOON after making your 2nd alliance (Trang-Umpani or Umpani-Trang). Killing Crock is no problem. You can finish the game with a scorched-earth-kill-everybody policy. You just lose some quests and free experience points. There is a monk and his disciples hanging out near Bela. Have you wiped them out yet ?   Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top

I have never killed --those--monks before, but I guess you gotta do what you gotta do--. I guess shooting down the Dark Savant ship is now impossible? rbrown (2 posts) Nov-14-07, 12:50 PM (Pacific) 5. "RE: Blatant help wanted" OH, whats-his-name, the flag selling Umpani. You can pick his pocket or kill him and get a "fake" Level 6 pass. That will get you on top of the mountain. There are several fun things you can do up there, but be warned. Most of the fun things will turn the Umpani hostile.
