"Flames Mod version 1-1"
Hello:
Finally decided to play a mod that being "Flames New Mod version 1-1. Instead of going into a lot of detail; would someone just explain the proper install so that it works, in detail would be appreciated. I downloaded it, then installed it, and I was about one third into the game. I'm not sure I see anything different as of yet as I play since the download & install.
All I did was unzip it, then moved that unzip to C: with Wiz8, but not sure if did what was right, & had no install directions with download. So if someone could just tell what proper install is that would be fine. Please excuse me if I can't reply as like many of us my time is taken up with other things. Thanks all.

Open the data folder in you Wiz 8 install. You should see two new folders that are "databases" and "ITEMS" If they are not there, look to see if there is another "data" folder in the data folder. If so, then copy everything in the data/data folder to the data folder. Some versions she put out had set folder paths and there were some difficulties getting everything in the right place. BTW, there should also be three more folders in the data folder named Main Interface, Radar Compass, and Party Formation. These are necessary for the transparant message area.

OH, if you cant find a data/data folder the search for a file/folder named "ITEMS" that will be where they went probably.

I went to her site and found easy directions - she said to install to C:/program files, and it now works! (at least for this version 1-1). Somehow I missed this when I downloaded the mod from her site.
