"Is DRAIN forever?"

Loomien (Guest) (1 posts) Jun-05-05, 05:55 PM (Pacific) "Is DRAIN forever?" Both of my valkyries are being drained (although I don't really see what it does - they fight and cast spells like the others) - is it even possible to cure them? None of the fountains help, none of the spells that I came across,no potions, and no NPCs respond to "cure drain" - maybe I should just kill and resurrect them? What does DRAIN really do? Renewal can be bought fron merchants, found in certain chests and areas and can be made by a person with a 50 skill in Alchemy by combining HEAVY HEAL + CURE DISEASE. The fountain at the back of the NCO quarters in Mt Gigas will cure draining up to 3 times and lord Braffit's pool cures everything once.   Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top

Avatar (Guest) (0 posts) Jun-16-05, 06:18 AM (Pacific) 6. "RE: yay" Sad to say but... after level-up the HP loss is permenent all renewal does at that point is remove the little red blub symbol. However the loss of HP due to Drain is minimal the max I ever was drained was 12 HP with such micro losses you wouldn't even notice except for the blub.   Remove | Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top
