Well, the new board updates are definately in place.

When I came in 20 minutes ago, all messages were new. It was a good thing, that I came in yesterday and read everything. That way I knew where I was, and which were new or not new.

Everything loads quicker, but it is also Sunday morning. I will wait until the middle of the week to see if we like the new changes. So far, so good...Rick.

In that you have two names (i.e. Lady Adrexia). There were some changes to various parts of the board software (email not being one of them ) that had to do with the anomaly of having a space in the user name.

When I checked in this morning, I saw only the threads that were new or had new posts. Let me know if this continues for you.

The NEW markers worked fine for me. I also think that the reply feature works better now -- before if you would reply to a message it seemed to sometime place your reply in its proper posiution in relation to the original, and sometime to just throw it at the end of the thread -- Now it seems to consistently reply under and indented from the original.

And my compuyter crashed for about a week, I have to go re-read everything from June 5 on, but that may also be because I lost my cookie (and had a bit of a time trying to get my password e-mailed to me...I had to get the right combination of capital and lowercase letters in my username and e-mail

Well, I think that Rick had hit the problem on the nose....I recently got i-net access at work, and check my messages from there....and anything I mark at work is also marked at home!

So, I guess that solves that mystery.

Once I marked everything, I haven't had any problems. I wonder if I should have logged out before you upgraded. I never log out.

But it had every message as being new. I swear it!! I know that I am special, but....
