Ok, I have got an interesting little tale to tell...After about an hour of tedious character making, I started a new game with a 6 member party. One of my members a faerie mage, Iigured I'd make up for that meager 8 hp in time anyhow and the sheer power was worth it. Just moments after raiding the chest on the monastary beach, and getting a very nice haul i might add, i engaged the three crabs that lie beyond it.
My first action was to cast a level 2 energy blast with my faerie mage, and the games first difficulty... it backfires O.o
The comedy in this is I'm sitting there waiting for it to hit my party and it takes an abnormally long time so I nod my head forward and close my eyes... not only does it hit my party it hits my gimpy faerie mage and does exactly 8 damage and smites im'. Ok i guess its not THAT funny but i got a good chuckle outta it.
So why are faeries bad for mage lupus? -> They are suicidal....
