"Wiz 5 - Gala dance stumps me...?"

"Wiz 5 - Gala dance stumps me...?"
Hiya...


How do I get through the Gala dance moving things on level 5? I am sure there is something in one of those four rooms there that is keeping me from the rest of the game, but I can't get through them. It doesn't seem to matter what direction I move into them, either. I have tried all four of them from all the different directions.

well... It still stumps me, but I got bloody minded and stumbled around in the gala dance for so long that eventually I bounced into one of the squares that let me enter two of the rooms.


I discovered what I needed to make it through to the next phase of the game.


Is this the only way to do this? Has anyone actually documented this somewhere?

First, you should be mapping the game's levels on graph paper w/ accurate coordinates (cast dumapic to know your current coordinates). When you step on a square that rotates/moves you, put a symbol on that square on your map so you can avoid it next time (or at least be ready for it). After you've been moved, cast dumapic to find your current location. With these strategies in mind, there should be no reason to stumble around in the dance room anymore, or any room with turn tables.

Or, just download a map of level five (so yeah, this has been documented).

To easily find The Snatch in the dance room, search for a hidden door.
