David (Guest) (7 posts) Apr-01-07, 05:37 PM (Pacific) "Impossible to hit!!!" Don't know if this forum is still active but... I recently got BOTCF running under DOSBox. I've rolled up a great party and started the game but now I've got the wierdest problem - after my first encounter I can't hit ANYTHING and nothing seems to be able to hit me!!! I'll find a bunch of rats and fight for round after round after round, until my characters run out of stanima without managing to hit one of them. And the rats can't hit me - even if I parry-rest all my characters. I'm guessing that maybe its a random number generator problem? Anyone else had this problem? There's nothing wrong with my party - VAL, SAM, 2 NIN, MAG & PRI. Thanks guys   Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top

I just have to type in anything when asked for the magic words and the game works fine now. Great to see I'm not the only one still enjoying this classic old game.
