"Music or Mute?"
I just turned on the music for the first time. (something new I guess) I am trying to get used to it. Can't really say whether or not I like to have the music going yet.

The music itself is pretty good. Maybe the the battle track is a bit too dramatic...

I dunno.

Do you mean ingame music? Do you say you have played it w/o music? Well I can understand that, especially when there are plenty of ambient sounds on the levels...
Personally, I do turn off the music only when it either causes some game mulfunction or annoys me. Despite the obvious cyclicity of music in all games I cannot recall any game which music had annoyed me.
W8 has pretty good and tolerable music.
What I often do in games is turning the music down so it does not interfere with other sound effects.
I would also like to say that in some games music is essential and creates the lion's share of atmosphere. 'Reunion' is immediately comes to mind.

P.S. I think it is possible to replace tracks by the ones you would like to hear while playing...

RE: Mad Dog's P.S.,

If I remember correctly all you have to do is go to the music directory and remove or rename MP3 file(s) you want to replace and then put your MP3(s) you want in there as the Original MP3's file name(s).
