"Quesitons for users of Mad God's editor.."
1. In the encounter tables where you have the percent chance - is that just the percent chance that ANY encounter will have that specific monster type?

2. In monster editor where you have number of appearace - is that what controls the possible number of them you will encounter in a single group? Im guessing so but it doesnt seem clear to me..

3. Looking through all the encounter tables and monster generators for the monastery I didnt see an entry anywhere for the Adamantium Slime which I KNOW ive encountered in the monastery (albeit rarely) - anyone know whats up with that?

4. I see in the encounter tables there are several for lower monastery and each one has several location editors with coordinates - anyone know how these coordinates translate into the actual areas/places within the game?

Thanks in advance for any help!!

1. I believe that it is a percent chance that this monster type will be generated in the monster generator (that is placed in a location) that has this particular encounter table as a parameter. But note that there is also a level parameter which determines (as I suppose) on what party level what monster types monster generator will generate.
There is not everything clear with encounter tables. The purpose of unknown parameter that can be 0,1,2 is unknown and the percentage is really vague and takes only 3,7,20,70 values in the original game data (that is why I restricted this parameter with only these values). Note also that 3+7+20+70=100, that's why I decided that this is some kind of percentage.
Anyway, I will appreciate any additional knowledge on this (and any other) issue so I can make the editor clearer.

2. Yes, when the monster group is generated, the number of monsters of this type in that group will be in that range.

3. ?? I have no idea.

4. Goto location editor.
Select 'Monster Generators' tab.
Check 'Show 3D World for selected location'
Check 'Show Visual Walls'
Check 'Show Monster Generators'
Select monster generator you wish to look at.
Check 'Synchronise 3D World with selected entity'.
Now, selecting any entity in the list controls will move you to that entity as long as 'Synchronise 3D World with selected entity' is checked and entity type is shown (check appropriate 'Show ...' control.
