ExxxoN -ur (2 posts) Nov-25-00, 07:32 AM (Pacific) "Big Monsters near Surgueon Castle" Hi there! On the way to the Castle Ruins, I always get fragged by two big tentacled monsters, that throw tons of powder. (must be some bad stylists ;) I can do nothing, but looking how my life bars turn red and getting invisible within 4 seconds. Which protection spells would help? (I don't have Merlins Shield, silly) Is there a spell "Throwing back all stupid powders to it's stupid throwers"? ;) THX   Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top

I stood on the other side of the field and cooked them. Start on medium high heat for 5 minutes each side the finish them off in a hot oven set on incinerate. Later in the game you will come across a few of their cousins where, unfortunately, the option of using distance to your advantage is somewhat limited.
