"Psionic , Why do they get a Shadow Cloak in their basic equipment?"

Shogun (0 posts) Jun-04-06, 10:01 PM (Pacific) "Psionic , Why do they get a Shadow Cloak in their basic equipment?" Does anyone know the answer to the above? It has always baffled me why a Psionic would start with a Shadow Cloak if they can't equip it!
