He played with the cosmic forge and wanted the queen to love him. So the curse hit him and transformed him into a snake - the queen loooooves snakes... And Xorphitus put him into the room you find him in... Hehe, quite sad, isn't it? "RE: Something like..." just one thing more that i can think of: 1. if you use the spell mindread on him, it says that he is hungry. if you ask him if he is hungry, he says "i sure am!" and if you give him food, he basically says that the key to the wizard's lair is his ring. anything else?
