Hello, I'm stuck trying to kill this monster but I keep getting it first. The manual suggests using sphere's but I can't seem to USE them. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure how many people actually have that game and I have never played mine...YET. Have you gone to the Spoiler Centre for a walkthrough yet??

You need the Sword Destructica to pick off the dragon.
Use the spheres to release the Sword from the Skull's grasp.
You can also use the Talisman of Strength which he is guarding,
but I don't think you can finish the game in this case.
